iLEAD Funding Available

Students can apply for funding from IATS to attend next year's iLEAD Conference by filling out this application and sending to brad-floy@uiowa.edu

Congrats to Sue Wilson and Mike Hadden for their presentation on The Impact of Brain-Gut Axis Following a Sport Related Concussion at the 4th Federal Interagency Conference on TBI in Washington DC this past week.

Congratulations to the 2018 IATS Award of Merit recipients: State Representative Megan Jones and State Senator Tod Bowman.

The Award of Merit is the highest honor IATS can bestow to a non-athletic trainer. We thank Rep. Jones and Sen. Bowman for their continued efforts and support to IATS and our various legislative efforts, namely Bill HF2442. See official press release below.

Athletic Training Month Proclamation!

On March 20th, 2018 Mayor of Pella, James Mueller, signed a proclamation Recognizing March as National Athletic Training Month. Students of Club Associated with AT (CAATs) approached the Mayor for this support. The signed proclamation was presented to CAATs President Marissa Drake.
